1. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their Bizcompass subscription anytime through their account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Canceled accounts will retain access to their subscribed modules until the end of the billing cycle but will not receive any further billing charges.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided for subscription services. However, if you encounter technical issues or dissatisfaction with our service, please contact our support team to review eligibility for any pro-rated refunds or adjustments.

Requests for refunds due to technical issues must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.

3. Special Circumstances

In cases where the Bizcompass team initiates account cancellation due to a breach of the Terms of Service, no refund will be provided.

If Bizcompass discontinues a service or module, customers with active subscriptions will be eligible for a pro-rated refund or other suitable compensation.
